4. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • We accept payment through secure RBI-compliant payment gateways using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.

RBI Guidelines on Payments

  • We comply with RBI circulars for digital payments and tokenization norms.

  • All payment transactions are processed using secure encryption and PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

  • No sensitive card data is stored on our servers.

5. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not accepted.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery will be done in 7 -10 working days and timelines vary based on location and courier partners.
  • We aim to dispatch products within 2-5 business days from the date of order.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • 7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
  • We offer a return/replacement/refund under the following conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items like innerwear, customized outfits, and discounted items are non-returnable.

  • Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment after getting back the disputed material.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed through the payment gateway in compliance with RBI refund processing rules.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), you will be asked to provide UPI or bank details for processing the refund.

  • 8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, product images, logos, and graphics on the Website are the exclusive property of DRESSS BY DESIRE.
